By accessing and using Morya Landmark's services, website, or any related platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. Our terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion.

All property information, specifications, floor plans, renderings, images, and descriptions provided by Morya Landmark are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. Final specifications and features are outlined in the official agreement documents.

a. Provisional booking requires payment of booking amount as specified b. Booking is confirmed only upon execution of formal agreement c. Allotment is subject to availability and internal approval d. Booking amounts are refundable as per refund policy e. We reserve the right to cancel bookings with valid reasons The booking process is complete only after: 1. Payment receipt confirmation 2. Document verification 3. Agreement execution 4. Internal approval

All payments must be made as per the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Payments can be made through: - Bank transfer - Cheque (subject to clearance) - Online payment gateways - Demand Draft Late payments may attract interest charges as specified in the agreement. We reserve the right to cancel the allotment for default in payment.

**Cancellation by Customer:** - Within 15 days of booking: 90% refund - After 15 days but before agreement: 75% refund - After agreement execution: As per agreement terms **Cancellation by Company:** Full refund with applicable interest if project is canceled by the company. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from cancellation request approval.

Ownership rights will be transferred only upon: - Complete payment of all dues - Registration of sale deed - Completion of statutory formalities - No Objection Certificates from concerned authorities The company reserves the right to refuse transfer if any terms are violated.

We endeavor to complete construction as per the timelines mentioned. However, timelines are indicative and subject to: - Force majeure events - Government approvals - Market conditions - Other unforeseen circumstances Any changes in specifications will be communicated in advance. Quality standards will be maintained as per company policy.

We collect and process personal information as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to: - Collection of personal data for verification - Use of contact information for communication - Data processing for service delivery - Storage as per regulatory requirements We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Morya Landmark shall not be liable for: - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Delays beyond reasonable control - Third-party services or products - Acts of God or force majeure - Market fluctuations affecting property value Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through: 1. Mutual discussion and negotiation 2. Mediation by mutually agreed mediator 3. Arbitration as per Arbitration and Conciliation Act 4. Legal proceedings in appropriate courts Jurisdiction for all disputes shall be exclusively in [City Name] courts.

All content on our platforms including but not limited to: - Logos and trademarks - Architectural designs and plans - Marketing materials - Website content - Digital assets are owned by Morya Landmark and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

- These terms constitute the entire agreement - Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver - If any provision is invalid, others remain effective - Terms are governed by Indian laws - Electronic communications are valid - Headings are for convenience only
